Terms of Service

CrossMart is a Discord groupbuy marketplace. It helps communities list servers, discover partners, negotiate groupbuy and partnership terms, schedule cross-promo posts, and (where enabled) deliver those posts through the CrossMart Discord bot. Features may vary by plan. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Developer Terms when using Discord-related features.

When you connect a Discord server or install the CrossMart bot, you represent that you have authority to do so for that server. You authorize CrossMart to access Discord data and perform actions required to operate the Service (for example reading guild metadata and posting messages you schedule or approve). You remain responsible for content posted to your servers, channel permissions, and compliance with Discord’s rules and applicable law.

You may remove the bot or disconnect a listing at any time. Removal may stop scheduled automation for that server.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate law, Discord policies, or third-party rights;
• send spam, malware, scams, or deceptive promotions;
• abuse rate limits, scrape without permission, or interfere with the Service;
• misrepresent ownership or authority over a Discord server; or
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk to users, or abuse.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (currently Stripe) on the interval you select. Fees are due in advance unless stated otherwise at checkout. Taxes may apply. Plan features and listing limits are described on the pricing page and may change for future billing periods.

All fees are subject to our Refund Policy. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You retain rights to content you submit (listing details, banners, messages, and similar materials). You grant CrossMart a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload and that it is accurate and lawful.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossMart disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, Discord uptime, partner performance, or results from any groupbuy or cross-promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossMart and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to CrossMart for the Service in the three months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
