Privacy Policy

We may collect:

• Account data - name, email address, password hash, plan, and account preferences.
• Listing and partnership data - server names, descriptions, banners, invite links, groupbuy terms, schedules, and related messages you submit.
• Discord data - information available through Discord OAuth and bot APIs you authorize, such as Discord user ID, guild IDs, server metadata, icons, member/online counts, channels, and roles needed for setup and posting.
• Payment data - billing status and identifiers from our processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and device data - approximate logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and reliability.

We use information to:

• provide, operate, and improve the Service and Discord bot;
• authenticate users, verify email, and secure accounts;
• display listings, route requests, and run scheduled posts you authorize;
• process subscriptions and send transactional email; and
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example hosting, email delivery, and Stripe). Discord receives data when you connect OAuth or when the bot acts in your servers. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service, users, or public safety.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and essential site functions. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling them may prevent sign-in or core features from working.

We retain account and listing data while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may be operated from locations outside your country. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use Discord). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
